Our engineers are key to the continued success of the company, we only employ fully qualified Canon trained service personnel and ensure that they are constantly retrained as new models appear. Our understanding of the IT skills essential to installation is second to none.

Our Canon trained engineers are among the highest paid in the country and understand the device as a stand alone photocopier, and its multifunctional capabilities as a networked printer, scanner and fax machine

Response is second to none

Currently we aim to attend any service call out within 4 working hours to black and white photocopiers, and within 2 working hours to attend faults on colour machines. Our average response is closely monitored and we currently average 3 hours 25 minutes on black and white and 1 hour 48 minutes on colour.

Simple no nonsense contracts

Our maintenance contracts are simple and run for 12 months, meter charges include all toner, drums, labour, call out charge and required replacement parts. Unless you decide otherwise the contract will then automatically roll on for a further 12 months.

Dedicated engineer

World of Color will assign an engineer to your account, someone who you will get to know and trust. The logic of this is simple, the engineer gains an intimate knowledge of the way you work and what the peak loads are on copying or printing function. He will know before visiting the history of the photocopier
